We strive to accurately display the colours and textures of our jewellery, but we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will accurately reflect the products. As our items are handcrafted, there may be slight differences between the product received and the images shown on the website that do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.

6. Custom and Personalised Orders

Certain products may be eligible for custom or personalised orders. These orders are made-to-order and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. In accordance with EU consumer law, custom or personalised goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. 7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated in the pricing of the item for orders inside the European Union, as well as shipments to Switzerland and the UK. For orders outside the EU we apply a fixed fee of 30€ per shipment. Any taxes, duties, fees, etc. upon delivery are in any case the responsibility of the customer and not included in the price. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination selected. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services or customs processing, provided that we have fulfilled our obligations under applicable consumer laws.
