Shipping Policy

General Information

All jewellery is carefully handcrafted and shipped from Antwerp, Belgium. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days after order confirmation. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you in writing.

For custom or personalised pieces, production times may vary. Any estimated production or dispatch timelines provided are indicative and not guaranteed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

European Union, Switzerland & United Kingdom

Shipping costs are included in the price of the item for orders shipped within the European Union, as well as to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

International (Outside the EU, Switzerland & UK)

For all other international destinations, a flat shipping fee of €30 per shipment applies.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping service selected. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Local postal services

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

We are unable to predict or control these charges and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and item.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist in initiating an investigation and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
